Jenny Graham has been an artist all her life, initially working as a graphic designer in advertising and publishing. At the age of 40 she decided to follow her first love to become a fine artist, supplementing her income by teaching further education art classes.She works in a variety of media including paint, sculpture and printmaking. For many years she was associated with the Dove Print Studio in Butleigh where she made etchings and taught a weekly etching class.
However, since moving to Watchet in 2023 and her subsequent association with East Quay Print Studio she has been experimenting with different processes, especially monotypes. This direct medium affords her a more painterly and intuitive approach to making prints.
She has also produced a number of artists books.
